The Philippine Racing Commission and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), a government-owned company, regulate the racing industry in the Philippines. There are two racetracks in the Philippines: the San Lazaro Track, owned by the Manila Jockey Club, and the Santa Ana Park, owned by the Philippines Racing Club. Ontrack and offtrack betting are allowed, with more than 500 offtrack betting locations throughout the country. Bets may also be placed by telephone.
